Job summary

The Dollywood Company is seeking an Amusement Team Member at its Dollywood Theme Park in Pigeon Forge, TN. You will operate carnival games, interact with guests, and help create a fun, safe environment while delivering excellent service.

This role requires a positive attitude, reliable attendance, ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays, and basic computer skills. Prior sales or guest service experience is preferred for this full time seasonal position.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 14 years old.
• Minimum 6 months of sales experience preferred.
• Minimum 6 months of customer service experience preferred.
• Minimum one year of team experience, highly preferred.
• Basic computer skills.
• Employment offers contingent upon onboarding, background screening and pre-employment drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Operates carnival style games and interacts with guests.
• Explains game rules and prizes.
• Describes sales packages and demonstrates selling skills.
• Records games played and prizes awarded.
• Interacts with guests using microphones and props.
• Manages stock levels and merchandising of assigned games.
• Assists in maintenance and daily operation of the location.
• Maintains dependable attendance and flexible schedules.
• Contributes to team success with service and respect.
• Communicates needs for products, equipment and supplies.
• Adheres to safety guidelines and reports issues.
• Protects guest and coworker privacy via PCI training.
