The role requires strong customer service, basic cash handling, and flexibility for varied shifts, including evenings and weekends. Training and onboarding are provided by the park.

Qualifications

• Basic calculator and cash register/POS proficiency.
• Ability to understand instructions and retain information.
• Prior cash handling experience preferred.
• Minimum age 16 years.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and encourage merchandise purchases.
• Operate cash register/POS efficiently and adhere to policies.
• Assist in training new hires and host new locations.
• Ensure shelves are stocked and inventory controlled.
• Maintain shop cleanliness and display standards.
• Represent Dollywood positively to guests and ensure satisfaction.
