Job summary

Dollywood Theme Park is looking for an Amusement Sales Associate to join our on-site team for a full-time seasonal role. The position involves assisting with daily operations of games and amusements, handling sales and tickets, and providing excellent guest service.

The role requires at least 6 months of sales and customer service experience, plus the ability to work in a team, with basic computer skills and adherence to safety and PCI training. Onboarding includes background and drug screening.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of sales experience.
• Minimum 6 months of customer service experience.
• Minimum one year of experience working in a team environment (highly preferred).
• Basic computer skills required.
• Onboarding process includes background screening and pre-employment drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Sales lead in daily operation of Games and Amusements; manage funds, tickets, forms and keys.
• Complete opening/closing procedures and ensure readiness of areas.
• Describe sales packages to guests and demonstrate selling skills.
• Operate a POS register including sales, refunds, transfers and reporting.
• Support stock levels and merchandising; maintain cleanliness and displays.
