We’re looking for a Supervisor to help lead the team at our brand-new family entertainment facility opening soon at Colorado Mills, Lakewood!

Essential Duties

Customer Service

• Provide excellent customer service and satisfaction by being constantly visible and readily accessible to our customers.
• Explain game operation or rules to customers, and respond to customer complaints of machine glitch through troubleshooting.

Team Management

• Assist Amusement Manager and/or General Manager in planning and preparing work schedules, and assigning employees to specific duties.
• Ensure all store amusement employees are properly trained.

Sales

• Achieve departmental sales goals.
• Be on the floor to provide personal sales support.

Compliance

• Conduct tills checks, refunds, credit and ticket adjustments in accordance with company policy.
• Supervise department employees to ensure they are in compliance with established operational practices and policies.

Operations Management

• Conduct opening and closing department procedures.
• Control payout ratios of crane operations by remaining highly attentive to pay out numbers and customer volume.
• Assist Amusement Manager and/or General Manager in monitoring store inventory levels on a daily basis.
• Cross train in other departments for assistance.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years retail management experience, preferably in the entertainment, retail or hospitality industries.

Physical Demands

• Regularly required to bend, stretch, twist, climb and have a high level of mobility/flexibility in small spaces.
• Required to stand and walk for extensive periods of time without breaks during busy times.
• Lifting and/or moving up to 100 lbs with assistance is required.

Additional Requirements

Open availability, especially nights and weekends, is required.

All management will handle and serve alcohol, so you must be at least 21 years or older.
