Job summary

Round1 in Las Vegas is seeking an Amusement Supervisor to support the Amusement Manager in supervising the Arcade Department within a fast-paced entertainment environment.

The role requires 2-3 years of retail management experience, open availability (nights/weekends), and the ability to work where alcohol is served (21+). You will lead staff, ensure proper training, help meet sales goals, and oversee tills and inventory.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years retail management experience, preferably in the entertainment / retail / hospitality industries.
• Must be able to work in a loud bowling center/arcade environment with high activity.
• Open availability, especially nights and weekends, is required.
• All management may handle and serve alcohol; candidate must be at least 21 years old.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and satisfaction by being visible and accessible to customers.
• Assist Amusement Manager/General Manager in planning schedules and staff assignments; ensure proper training of employees.
• Achieve departmental sales goals and provide personal sales support on the floor.
• Conduct tills checks, refunds, credit and ticket adjustments per company policy; supervise staff to ensure compliance.
• Open/close department procedures; monitor payout ratios and store inventory; cross-train in other departments for assistance.

The Amusement Supervisor is responsible for supporting the Amusement Manager and/or General Manager in the supervision and management of the Amusement (Arcade) Department.

Please note you must have a High School Diploma or GED to apply.

Open availability, especially nights and weekends, is required.

All of management will handle and serve alcohol - as such, you must be at least 21 years or older.

Essential Duties

Customer Service

• Provide excellent customer service and satisfaction by being constantly visible and readily accessible to our customers.
• Explains game operation or rules to customers, and responds to customer complaints of machine glitch through troubleshooting.

Team Management

• Assists Amusement Manager and/or General Manager in planning and preparing work schedules, and assignments of employees to specific duties.
• Ensure all store amusement employees are properly trained.

Sales

• Achieve departmental sales goals.
• Be on the floor to provide personal sales support.

Compliance

• Conducts tills checks, refunds, credit and ticket adjustments in accordance with the company policy.
• Supervise department employees to ensure they are in compliance with established operational practices and policies.

Operations Management

• Conducts opening and closing department procedures.
• Control payout ratios of crane operations by remaining highly attentive to pay out numbers and customer volume.
• Assist Amusement Manager and/or General Manager in monitoring store inventory levels on a daily basis.
• Cross trained in other departments for assistance.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years retail management experience, preferably in the entertainment / retail / hospitality industries.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee regularly works in a bowling center/arcade environment where high levels of noise, dust and activity can be expected.

Physical Demands

• Regularly required to bend, stretch, twist, climb and have a high level of mobility/flexibility in small spaces.
• Required to stand and walk for extensive periods of time without breaks during busy times.
• Lifting and/or moving up to 100lbs with assistance is required.
