Job summary

Round One Entertainment Inc. is seeking a Supervisor for our new family entertainment facility at North County Mall in Escondido, California. The Supervisor will support the Amusement Manager in team leadership.

This role requires a friendly and outgoing individual who enjoys working in a fun and customer-focused environment. Essential responsibilities include supervising staff, scheduling duties, and ensuring excellent customer service while achieving departmental sales goals.

Qualifications include a High School Diploma or GED, as well as retail management experience and the ability to work nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years retail management experience, preferably within entertainment, retail, or hospitality.
• Open availability especially nights and weekends.
• Minimum age of 21 due to alcohol service responsibilities.

We’re looking for a Supervisor to help lead the team at our brand-new family entertainment facility opening soon at North County Mall, Escondido.

The Amusement Supervisor supports the Amusement Manager and/or General Manager in the supervision and management of the Amusement (Arcade) Department.

Required qualifications: a High School Diploma or GED, open availability especially nights and weekends, and a minimum age of 21 due to alcohol service responsibilities.

Essential Duties

• Provide excellent customer service and ensure presence on the floor.
• Explain game operation or rules and troubleshoot customer complaints.
• Assist in scheduling and assigning employees to duties.
• Train all amusement employees.
• Achieve departmental sales goals and provide personal sales support.
• Conduct tills checks, refunds, credit and ticket adjustments following company policy.
• Supervise employees to ensure compliance with operational practices.
• Oversee opening and closing department procedures.
• Manage payout ratios of crane operations.
• Monitor inventory levels on a daily basis.
• Cross‑train in other departments as needed.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years retail management experience, preferably within the entertainment, retail or hospitality industries.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Work Environment

The role is performed in a bowling center/arcade environment, where high levels of noise, dust and activity are expected.

Physical Demands

• Regular bending, stretching, twisting, climbing; high mobility in small spaces.
• Standing and walking for extended periods during busy times.
• Lifting or moving up to 100 lbs with assistance.
