Job summary

Marmon Electrical Group in Seymour, CT, offers the Operations Leadership Development Program (AMPED) Class of 2027—a 2-year rotation through Production Operations, Maintenance, Supply Chain and Quality across CT/NH. You will gain structured training, mentorship, and leadership exposure to build capability for future plant management roles.

Graduates are placed into key roles such as Production Supervisor or equivalent, with relocation and cross-site experience supported as needed.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Operations Management, Industrial Technology, Supply Chain, Process Engineering or related field (Graduating by May 2027).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Demonstrated leadership through internships, sports, co-ops, or campus involvement.
Demonstrated learning agility and willingness to relocate for rotations and post-program placement.
Ability to commute within CT/NH and travel 10-15%.

Responsibilities

Participate in structured rotations across manufacturing operations.
Analyze and improve production processes using lean and Six Sigma tools.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve real business challenges.
Lead people, safety, quality, and efficiency initiatives.
Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership and complete a capstone project with measurable ROI.
