Job summary

SAP seeks a senior Total Rewards leader to head the Americas TR function, aligning global frameworks with regional markets and local context. You will advise regional executives, shape remuneration strategy, and drive pay equity initiatives across multiple jurisdictions.

You will coach a high-performing TR Partner team and partner with Finance during planning cycles, influencing talent investments and workforce transformation across the Americas.

Responsibilities

• Lead the regional Total Rewards function across the Americas.
