Job summary

Elanco in Indianapolis, IN, is seeking an Americas Compensation and Benefits Partner to drive a comprehensive total rewards strategy across the Americas. The role collaborates with the total rewards team to execute compensation planning, administration, and regional benefits while ensuring consistent philosophy and compliant practices.

The position reports to the Senior Director of Global Compensation, partners with HRBPs and business leaders, and involves 10–15% travel.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in human resources, finance, or related business discipline.
7+ years of experience as a total rewards partner in a global org.
Strong communication; ability to influence across levels.

Responsibilities

Plan and implement compensation programs across Elanco’s global footprint.
Serve as compensation and benefits point of contact for assigned regions with market insights.
Manage base salary structures, bonus programs, and benchmarking processes.
Collaborate with HRBP’s, Finance, and Talent teams on policies and programs.
Support HRIS configuration to meet local, regional, and global needs.
Lead a small team of 1–2 direct reports.
