• Own the governance and execution of the Annual Compensation Review across the region.
• Serve as senior reward advisor to regional executives and stakeholders on compensation positioning.
• Advance pay transparency and pay equity across all Americas jurisdictions.
• Act as regional benefits ambassador and lead reward aspects of workforce transformation.
• Drive market intelligence and workforce analytics into executive-level reporting.
