Job summary

WSA - Wonderful Sound for All is seeking a Senior Reward Manager, Americas, to drive a consistent global reward approach across the organization. The role combines regional responsibility for the Americas with global process ownership and Workday governance.

The successful candidate will work with US compensation and benefits teams, connect local knowledge with global strategy, and contribute to the Reward Centre of Excellence and Mercer IPE job evaluation initiatives.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years experience in compensation and benefits with leadership exposure.
• Global experience with multi-country frameworks and regulatory awareness.
• End-to-end reward cycle knowledge including merit, STI, and LTI.

Responsibilities

• Own global Reward processes end to end from guidelines to execution.
• Advise Americas HR colleagues and business leaders on Reward topics.
• Collaborate with compensation and benefits teams to align offers with global principles.
• Design and implement Reward governance in Workday and related systems.
• Support global job architecture and the Reward Centre of Excellence.
