Olympus Corporation of the Americas is seeking a Director, Total Rewards to design and implement a comprehensive total rewards strategy for the Americas. You will oversee compensation, benefits, people analytics and mobility, aligning programs with global and regional objectives while supporting talent attraction and retention.

The role requires extensive experience in compensation and benefits leadership, with a data-driven approach to market trends, compliance and cost-effectiveness.

Qualificações

• BA/BS in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 10 years in Compensation, Benefits, or HR with at least 5 years in leadership.
• Knowledge of ERISA, HIPAA, ACA and related regulations.
• Ability to interact with employees at all levels confidentially.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to compile and present data.
• Analytical, project management, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and HRIS.
• Available for meetings outside regular hours.
• Ability to work beyond standard business hours.

Responsabilidades

• Design and lead compensation strategy including base pay, bonus and long-term incentives.
• Ensure compensation structures are competitive, equitable and aligned with objectives.
• Develop and manage a comprehensive benefits strategy including health, retirement, leave and wellness.
• Evaluate vendors, manage renewals and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Drive communication, education and engagement initiatives related to benefits.
• Oversee mobility programs including relocation, international assignments and immigration.
• Ensure mobility programs comply with global tax, labor and immigration regulations.
• Lead People Analytics to improve business processes and decision-making.
• Provide benchmarking insights to monitor performance and inform decisions.
• Identify process efficiencies and create automated workflows.
