Job summary

EY is seeking a Communications Supervising Associate to elevate internal communications across the Americas Tax Service Line. You will craft articles, newsletters, presentations, and emails while maintaining process guides and data metrics.

You’ll collaborate with Brand, Marketing, and Communications teams, review content for quality, and manage multiple channels with a focus on measurable results.

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree in communications or related major, or equivalent experience.
• Typically no less than 4-6 years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Stream, Copilot, Adobe Analytics, Power BI and other AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Support the business function's communication strategy with internal and external stakeholders.
• Identify content opportunities, engage with subject matter experts, secure reviews and approvals, and edit as needed.
• Edit and review content for grammatical accuracy, adherence to quality standards, and brand guidelines.
• Manage channels for the function, including mailings, newsletters, internal articles and news page, and more.
• Leverage communications knowledge to ensure consistent messaging across audiences.
• Liaise with the video production team on internal and external videos.
• Collect and analyze metrics to gauge reach, engagement and other performance measures.
• Work with groups to develop a communications plan for client groups.
• Participate in other functional/internal client programs as required.
• Prioritize work to meet client commitments and deadlines.
