Job summary

EY is seeking a Communications Supervising Associate to enhance internal communications across the Americas Tax Service Line. You will develop internal news articles, newsletters, and emails, maintain process guides, and analyze data metrics to inform decisions.

You will collaborate with Brand, Marketing, and Communications teams, manage multiple channels, and coordinate with video production teams to ensure consistent messaging across audiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with a communications or related major, or equivalent experience.
• Typically no less than 4-6 years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Stream, Copilot, Adobe Analytics, Power BI and other applicable AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Support the communications strategy with the Communications and Engagement team and stakeholders.
• Identify content opportunities, engage with SMEs, secure reviews and approvals, edit as needed.
• Edit content to ensure grammar, quality, and brand compliance.
• Manage channels: mailings, newsletters, internal articles and news page.
• Analyze metrics to gauge reach and engagement for internal campaigns.
