Job summary

EY seeks a Communications Supervising Associate to elevate internal communications across the Americas Tax Service Line. The role develops news articles, newsletters, presentations, and emails while maintaining process guides and data metrics.

The candidate will collaborate with Brand, Marketing, and Communications teams, manage content workflows, and analyze engagement to inform decisions. This role offers growth within a global firm and a flexible work setup.

Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree in communications or related major.
• Typically no less than 4-6 years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Stream, Copilot, Adobe Analytics, and Power BI.

Responsibilities

• Support the business function's communication strategy with stakeholders to support the function's objectives.
• Identify content opportunities, engage with subject matter experts, secure reviews and approvals, and edit as needed.
• Edit and review content to ensure grammatical accuracy, adherence to quality standards, and brand guidelines.
• Manage channels for the business function, including mailings, newsletters, internal articles and news page, and more.
• Leverage communications knowledge to ensure consistent messaging across audiences.
• Liaise with the video production team on internal and external videos.
• Collect and analyze metrics to gauge reach, engagement, and other performance measures for internal campaigns.
• Work with Service Lines, Industry and/or functional groups to develop a communications plan for client groups.
• Participate in other functional/internal client programs as required.
• Prioritize work and balance multiple priorities to meet client commitments and deadlines.
