EY is seeking a Communications Supervising Associate to enhance internal communications for the Americas Tax Service Line. You will develop articles, newsletters, emails, and presentation materials, ensuring quality and brand compliance while collaborating with multiple stakeholders.

You will analyze engagement metrics and help shape a data-driven communications plan, balancing priorities to meet deadlines and support enterprise-wide initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in communications or related field or equivalent experience.
• Typically 4–6 years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and analytics/tools.
• Experience collaborating with Brand, Marketing and Communications teams.

Responsabilités

• Support the communications strategy with stakeholders to meet function objectives.
• Identify content opportunities and manage reviews and approvals.
• Edit content for grammar, quality and brand adherence.
• Manage channels such as mailings, newsletters, internal articles and news pages.
• Analyze metrics to inform results-based decisions.
• Coordinate with video production for internal/external videos.
