Job summary

EY seeks a Communications Supervising Associate to elevate internal communications across the Americas Tax Service Line. You will develop and manage internal news, newsletters, presentations, and emails while maintaining process guides and data metrics.

You’ll collaborate with Brand, Marketing, and Communications teams, ensuring consistent messaging and high editorial standards. The role emphasizes independent work with supervisory oversight and a focus on results-driven communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in communications or related major, or equivalent experience.
• Typically no less than 4–6 years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Stream, Copilot, Adobe Analytics, Power BI and other applicable AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Support the business function's communication strategy with stakeholders and the Communications and Engagement team.
• Identify content opportunities, engage with subject matter experts, secure reviews and approvals, and edit as needed.
• Edit and review content to ensure grammatical accuracy, adherence to quality standards, and brand guidelines.
• Manage channels for the business function, including mailings, newsletters, internal articles and news page, and more.
• Collect and analyze metrics to gauge reach, engagement, and other performance measures for internal campaigns.
