Job summary

EY is seeking a Communications Supervising Associate to enhance internal communications within the Americas Tax Service Line. You will develop news articles, newsletters, presentations, and emails while maintaining process guides and data metrics.

Working with the Communications and Engagement team and stakeholders, you will edit content for accuracy and brand compliance, manage channels, and analyze metrics to drive informed decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in communications or related major.
• Typically 4–6 years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Stream, Copilot, Adobe Analytics and Power BI.

Responsibilities

• Support the communications strategy with stakeholders to meet objectives.
• Identify content opportunities, coordinate reviews and approvals.
• Edit content for grammar, quality, and brand adherence.
• Manage channels: newsletters, internal articles and news pages.
• Ensure consistent messaging across audiences and brands.
• Liaise with video production teams for internal/external videos.
• Collect metrics to measure reach and engagement for campaigns.
• Collaborate with Service Lines and groups to develop client communications plans.
• Prioritize multiple tasks to meet deadlines.
