Job summary

EY is actively seeking a Communications Supervising Associate to elevate internal communications across the Americas Tax Service Line. You will craft and manage internal news, newsletters, presentations and emails while maintaining process guides and data metrics.

The role requires collaboration with Brand, Marketing and Communications teams and the ability to work independently with strong editing and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in communications or related field or equivalent experience.
• Typically 4–6 years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency with MS Office tools and AI-enabled platforms.

Responsibilities

• Support the communications strategy with internal and external stakeholders to meet objectives.
• Identify content opportunities, coordinate reviews, and edit content as needed.
• Edit for grammar, quality, and brand adherence across channels.
• Manage channels: mailings, newsletters, internal articles and news pages.
• Ensure consistent messaging across audiences with strong communications expertise.
• Coordinate with video teams for internal and external videos.
• Collect and analyze metrics on reach and engagement for campaigns.
• Develop communications plans with various service lines and client groups.
• Participate in internal client programs and balance multiple priorities.
