Job summary

EY is seeking a Communications Supervising Associate to enhance internal communications across the Americas Tax Service Line. The role involves developing internal news articles, newsletters, presentations, and emails, while maintaining process guides and data metrics.

The candidate will collaborate with Brand, Marketing, and Communications teams and drive engagement with stakeholders across the firm. This position supports the communications function with independence and attention to detail,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in communications or related major.
• Typically no less than 4-6 years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Stream, Copilot, Adobe Analytics, Power BI and AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Support the communications strategy with stakeholders to meet objectives.
• Identify content opportunities, engage SMEs, secure reviews and approvals.
• Edit content for grammar, quality, and brand guidelines.
• Manage channels: mailings, newsletters, internal articles and news page.
