Job summary

EY in the United States seeks a Communications Supervising Associate to enhance internal communications for the Americas Tax Service Line. You will develop and manage internal news, newsletters, presentations, and emails, while maintaining process guides and data metrics.

The role requires collaboration with Brand, Marketing, and Communications teams and stakeholders across the firm. Ability to edit precisely, analyze metrics, and deliver clear messaging across audiences is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in communications or related field.
• Typically no less than 4-6 years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Stream, Copilot, Adobe Analytics, Power BI and other applicable AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Support the communications strategy for the Americas Tax Service Line with internal and external stakeholders.
• Identify content opportunities and coordinate reviews and approvals.
• Edit content for grammar, quality, and brand compliance.
• Manage channels such as mailings, newsletters, internal articles, and the news page.
• Ensure consistent messaging across audiences and liaise with video production teams.
• Collect and analyze metrics to gauge reach and engagement for internal campaigns.
