Pigment, the AI-powered business planning platform, seeks a Senior Pre-sales leader to drive a solution consulting team. You will own discovery sessions, deliver demos, and craft value-based talks for enterprise buyers.

You will coach up to five team members, define hiring strategy with global sales leaders, and present execution plans at quarterly reviews. Travel up to 30% and partner with Sales, Operations, Marketing and Product.

Qualifications

• Previous experience of leading a Pre-sales / Solution consulting team.
• Proven leader who can coach a high-performing team.
• Capability to travel up to 30%.
• BS/BA degree preferred; professional English.

Responsabilités

• Lead discovery sessions and demonstrate platform value.
• Deliver compelling demos and tailored talks.
• Coach team to improve core skills.
• Manage a team of up to 5 people daily.
• Define hiring strategy with Global SC leaders.
• Develop and present execution strategy at QBRS.
• Develop account strategies with regional sales leader.
• Communicate effectively with CFOs and CIOs.
