Job summary

Pigment, the AI-powered business planning platform, seeks a Team Leader for Solutions Consulting in the EMEA region. You will coach a cohort of Solutions Consultants, align resources with regional opportunities, and contribute as SME or Value Engineer on key deals.

This role reports to the EMEA Solutions Consulting Leader and sits at the forefront of client value creation. You will collaborate with sales leadership to optimize coverage, drive strategic initiatives, and help clients translate

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in solutions consulting or equivalent
• Coaching and developing a team of consultants
• Experience operating across multiple regions (EMEA/Global) preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a cohort of Solutions Consultants to drive opportunities
• Collaborate with regional or segment sales leaders to allocate SC resources effectively
• Participate in opportunities as a Solutions Consultant, SME, or Value Engineer
• Report to the EMEA Solutions Consulting Leader and help shape regional strategy

The Solution Consulting Team Lead coaches and manages a cohort of Solutions Consultants.

The Team Lead works directly with a regional or segment sales leader to ensure that the optimum SC resources are allocated to opportunities.

As Team Leader, you will play an active role on business opportunities (e.g. as a Solution Consultant, Subject Matter Expert or Value Engineer).

The role reports to the EMEA Solutions Consulting Leader.
