Job summary

Imagicle is seeking a Sales Development Representative for the Americas to convert marketing demand into qualified pipeline. You will manage inbound leads, perform discovery calls, and generate opportunities through outbound prospecting, collaborating with Sales and Marketing to maximize pipeline.

The role emphasizes data-driven outreach, continuous improvement, and meeting SAO targets, with a dynamic, inclusive team environment in the Americas.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Strong listening, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English (Spanish a plus).
• Ability to conduct qualification and discovery conversations by phone or in person.
• Analytical mindset with a passion for testing, learning, and optimizing outreach strategies.
• Proactive, collaborative spirit with Marketing and Sales teams.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

Responsibilities

• Manage and qualify inbound leads from marketing campaigns, demos, downloads, webinars, and events.
• Conduct discovery calls to identify needs and fit with Imagicle ICP.
• Generate opportunities via targeted outbound prospecting using email, phone, LinkedIn, and account research.
• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to maximize pipeline and optimize qualification.
• Build and nurture a healthy pipeline and convert marketing demand into opportunities.
• Track and report key metrics to measure effectiveness and identify improvements.
• Test and refine outreach sequences and messaging based on data and feedback.
• Meet quarterly targets for SAOs and pipeline generation.
