Job summary

Impact Networking in the United States is seeking an Associate Consultant to accelerate growth by turning AI and Applications opportunities into profitable revenue. You’ll collaborate with AEs and SDRs, learn to generate additional access, and co-lead discovery, proposal, negotiation, and close with solution architects and branch leadership.

You’ll develop expertise across the AI Solutions portfolio, build business cases, and maintain disciplined CRM and forecast hygiene, with travel within the

Qualifications

• Relevant sales, business development, customer-facing, or sales-consulting experience.
• Exposure to AI, SaaS, Data & Analytics, Microsoft, Cloud Transformation, or enterprise tech is helpful but not required.
• Strong consulting potential with discovery, business case, and deal progression skills.
• Comfort in a true partnership model with branch AEs/SDRs and shared ownership of proposal/close.
• Strong written and verbal communication to engage executive buyers and discuss business value and technical fit.
• Analytical ability to build cost-justification, ROI, and value-based proposals.
• Organized with disciplined CRM and forecast habits.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned Impact office territory.

Responsibilities

• Partner with branch AEs and SDRs to convert opportunities into revenue and build pipeline.
• Lead business discovery and opportunity maturation with the AE as a shared effort.
• Build the business case and commercial strategy with Solution Architects/SMEs for validation.
• Sell the full AI and Applications portfolio, attaching Managed AI Operations where appropriate.
• Grow into ownership of pricing, proposal, negotiation, and close with the AE.
• Maintain CRM and forecast hygiene across the opportunity lifecycle.
• Retain active solution/expansion credit for six months post-signature.
• Assist branch staff in qualifying and positioning AI opportunities as expertise grows.
