Job summary

Trelleborg Sealing Solutions US Inc. seeks a Regional Operations Director of Americas to lead the regional operations agenda, translate global strategy into actionable priorities, and harmonize processes across US, Brazil, and Mexico.

This role drives safety, delivery, quality, productivity, and cost performance through disciplined planning, lifecycle optimization, and cross-site collaboration. Fluency in English required; Spanish/Portuguese advantageous for regional scope.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 10+ years of senior leadership experience in multi-site manufacturing operations in the Americas.
• Proven record of improving safety, delivery, quality, productivity, and cost performance through operating systems and continuous improvement.
• Experience harmonizing processes across diverse sites while respecting local requirements.
• Working knowledge of ERP and digital manufacturing environments; SAP experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional operations strategy, priorities, and performance cadence aligned with BU Operations and global leaders.
• Champion Safety@Work across all sites with governance, indicators, and audit follow-up.
• Improve on-time delivery and service reliability through disciplined planning and cross-site collaboration.
• Drive efficiency via lean, standardization, digitalization, automation, and problem solving.
• Coordinate workforce planning with site leadership and HR.
• Develop regional leadership and succession across sites and enable talent exchange.
• Provide clear reporting to BU leadership with KPIs and follow-through.
• Share best practices regionally and contribute to global operations programs.
