Job summary

ORTEC Americas is seeking an executive leader to oversee all operations, policies and strategy for the Americas. You will manage three segments—Continuous Improvement, Operations Loading & SAP, and Operations Routing—and drive performance, governance, and compliance across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Econometrics, Management Science, Operations Research, Logistics, Data Science or related field or foreign equivalent.
• At least 6 years of progressively responsible post-baccalaureate experience in related roles.
• 6 years of experience in consulting, scaling teams, cross-functional management, and analytics.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all operations of ORTEC Americas, including policies, business operations and strategy.
• Lead three segments: Continuous Improvement, Operations Loading & SAP, and Operations Routing.
