Trelleborg Sealing Solutions US Inc. is seeking a General Manager to lead a key Colorado facility, directing strategic initiatives and ensuring sustainable profitability. You will oversee all functions and drive performance across safety, quality, delivery, and customer satisfaction while developing a high-performing leadership team.

The role demands strong P&L management, budget ownership, and the ability to align operations with corporate strategy to enable growth and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Operations Management, Manufacturing Management, or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of leadership experience in manufacturing.
• Minimum 7 years of progressive leadership experience.
• Experience managing P&L performance.
• Lean Manufacturing experience required.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing finance, operational leadership, and organizational development.

Responsibilities

• Own facility P&L performance.
• Develop and manage annual operating budgets.
• Monitor revenue, margins, profitability, labor costs, inventory, and capital expenditures.
• Drive cost reduction, productivity improvement, and margin enhancement initiatives.
• Review financial performance and implement corrective actions when needed.
• Ensure responsible stewardship of company assets.
• Hold the Operations Manager accountable for Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, and Productivity performance.
• Lead organizational transformation and change initiatives.
• Develop short-term and long-term business plans.
• Align site objectives with corporate goals and strategy.
