Job summary

EFOR is seeking a PMO leader for the Americas to deploy and embed the group’s project management framework across the Americas, support portfolio visibility, and provide technical support to Business Development and Delivery teams.

You will drive regional initiatives, propose and lead new processes and tools at the group level, and ensure compliant bid submissions while mentoring project managers in the Americas.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in PMO or project management (or similar).
• Experience deploying or supporting PM processes/tools.
• Strong ability to drive initiatives autonomously.
• Experience in portfolio reporting and performance tracking.
• Exposure to multi-regional environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead portfolio tracking and reporting for the Americas region.
• Contribute to Group Portfolio reporting & KPI framework.
• Deploy and embed PM Delivery processes across the Americas.
• Drive adoption of PM Platform locally (tools/digital solutions).
• Ensure all PMs follow standardised processes from initiation to closure.
• Support Bid Process Compliance and tool usage.
• Identify gaps and propose improvements at group level.
• Co-design and roll out new methodologies across regions.
• Collaborate with PMO team to mentor and coach PMs.
