Job summary

MilliporeSigma is seeking a Regional Head of Project Controls – Americas to lead the regional Project Controls team supporting the Engineering & Technology capital project portfolio. You will oversee planning and scheduling, cost management, estimating, risk and change management, and project performance reporting across the Americas.

In this role you will implement global standards, build regional capability, and provide trusted insight for informed decisions and predictable project delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, quantity surveying or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in Project Controls supporting major capital projects or complex project portfolios.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary Project Controls teams.
• Strong knowledge of planning, scheduling, cost management, estimating, risk & change management, and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop the regional Project Controls team.
• Ensure high-quality Project Controls support across the Americas portfolio.
• Maintain robust schedule and cost baselines, forecasts and dashboards.
• Monitor performance, identify risks, and support recovery planning.
• Apply global standards, templates, and governance requirements.
• Plan regional resources and develop future capability and succession.
• Collaborate with Project Managers, Engineering, Finance, and Partners.
