Job summary

RemoteLeads is seeking an experienced PMO leader to establish and run an enterprise PMO, delivering governance, standards, and dashboards that align with strategic goals.

You will guide multiple transformation programs across functions, manage budgets and risks, and drive organizational change with executive communications and stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of progressive program management, portfolio management, or PMO leadership experience in complex enterprise transformations.
  • Proven success building and operationalizing enterprise PMOs from the ground up.
  • Experience leading enterprise-wide programs involving multiple business units, executives, and technology initiatives.
  • Experience with an Integration Management Office, mergers and acquisitions, enterprise integrations, or similar transformation environments preferred.
  • Experience in Oil & Gas, Energy Services, or Oilfield Equipment Manufacturing preferred.
  • Deep expertise in process engineering, operational excellence, business process optimization, and enterprise transformation.
  • Proven organizational change management leadership, including executive communications, readiness, training, and user adoption.
  • Strong executive presence, business acumen, facilitation, communication, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

  • Establish and operationalize the enterprise PMO, including governance, methodologies, standards, tools, reporting, KPIs, and delivery processes.
  • Lead multiple enterprise transformation programs and align execution with corporate strategy and measurable business outcomes.
  • Develop portfolio governance structures, including steering committees, intake, prioritization, stage gates, decision rights, and operating rhythms.
  • Lead process engineering and business process optimization initiatives across enterprise functions.
  • Drive transformation initiatives spanning O2C, ERP, finance, operations, customer service, procurement, supply chain, inventory, and asset management.
  • Develop and execute organizational change strategies covering communications, stakeholder engagement, readiness, training, adoption, and reinforcement.
  • Create executive dashboards, portfolio KPIs, financial reports, and transformation health metrics.
  • Monitor budgets, schedules, scope, dependencies, risks, issues, and resource utilization; drive mitigation actions.
  • Prepare executive presentations, Board materials, Steering Committee updates, and strategic communications.
  • Develop and execute a transition plan with documentation, knowledge transfer, coaching, and operational readiness.

  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or related master’s degree preferred.
  • PMP certification strongly preferred; Prosci, Lean Six Sigma, Agile, or Scrum certifications desirable.
  • Ability to work Central Time hours, travel up to 1–2 weeks per month, and work in the U.S. without sponsorship; no C2C.
