Job summary

MillTech is opening a US onboarding hub in New York City. The Client Onboarding Coordinator will own the US onboarding journey, collaborating with Business Development, Compliance, and Operations to guide clients from engagement to live trading.

You will build long‑term client relationships, demonstrate initiative, and foster a constructive onboarding culture while ensuring high‑quality service across regions.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in client onboarding within financial services.
• Experience with institutional clients, asset managers or hedge funds is preferred.
• Familiarity with capital markets and FX is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with a proactive customer approach.

Responsibilities

• Lead US client onboarding operations autonomously and drive the business forward.
• Ensure a smooth client experience across operational, commercial, regulatory, financial and technical setup.
• Act as senior point of contact for client requests and cross‑functional teams.
• Engage with clients regularly to address issues and opportunities, maximizing lifetime value.
• Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities and maintain strong customer relationships.
