Job summary

Honeywell International Inc. seeks an Americas Midmarket Sales Manager to design and drive strategic sales plans, achieve growth, and meet budgets across the Americas. You will report to the Director of Sales and may operate from the Northeast Office or a remote location.

You will lead territory planning, close high-value deals, and coordinate with leadership to expand Honeywell's portfolio and analytics-driven solutions. Traveling up to 50% will be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, sales, marketing, or equivalent training in business or sales management.
• 5+ years' sales experience in a SaaS software environment with at least 2 years of sales management experience.
• Knowledge of enterprise software and GMP environments.
• Ability to travel up to 50% to customer locations.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute territory sales plans to meet and exceed goals.
• Drive six-figure and seven-figure deal victories regularly.
• Partner with sales leadership to advance a consultative selling strategy.
• Apply consumer data and analytics to create innovative solutions.
• Develop strategic models to address client business challenges.
• Lead client partnership to connect solutions to portfolio selling opportunities.
• Oversee target account business assessment, positioning and metrics.
• Coordinate resources throughout the sales cycle and CRM tracking.
• Provide product demonstrations to prospective customers.
