Job summary

Honeywell International Inc. seeks an Americas Midmarket Sales Manager to develop and execute strategic sales plans across the Americas, driving significant growth and meeting budget goals.

You will report to the Director of Sales and may operate from the Northeast Office or a remote location. In this role you will manage revenue growth, strengthen customer relationships, and contribute to the company’s financial success, while leading a sales team and coordinating with leadership to pursue

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, sales, marketing or equivalent training in sales management.
• Requires 5+ years’ sales experience in a SaaS software sales environment with at least 2 years of sales management experience.
• Knowledge of enterprise software and solutions deployed in GMP environments.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute territory sales plans for assigned geographic territory and exceed sales goals.
• Drive strategic deals to six- and seven-figure victories regularly.
• Partner with sales leadership to advance a consultative selling strategy for Honeywell’s portfolio.
• Apply data analytics to create innovative solutions with Honeywell’s content and platforms.
• Develop strategic models to address client business challenges.
• Lead client partnership team to connect strategic solutions to portfolio selling opportunities.
