Job summary

Honeywell Technologies is seeking an Americas Midmarket Sales Manager to develop and supervise strategic sales plans across the Americas. You will report to the Director of Sales and may work from the Northeast Office or remote location.

The role drives revenue growth, strengthens customer relationships, and oversees a multi-faceted sales process from prospecting to closing deals. Travel up to 50% is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, sales, marketing, or equivalent training in business or sales management.
• Requires 5+ years’ sales experience in a SaaS software sales environment with at least 2 years of sales management experience.
• Knowledge of enterprise software and solutions deployed in GMP environments.
• Proven track record of success in sales over a sustained period.
• Ability to travel up to 50% to customer locations.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute territory sales plans and meet/exceed sales goals.
• Drive six to seven-figure deal victories regularly.
• Partner with sales leadership to advance consultative selling strategies.
• Apply data analytics to create innovative solutions.
• Develop models to address client business challenges.
• Lead client partnerships and monitor success metrics.
• Maintain and report sales pipeline and CRM records.
• Provide product demonstrations to prospective customers.
