Job summary

Honeywell International Inc. seeks an Americas Midmarket Sales Manager to develop, implement and supervise strategic sales plans across the Americas, driving substantial revenue growth and meeting budget goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, sales, marketing, or equivalent.
• 5+ years of SaaS software sales experience with at least 2 years in sales management.
• Knowledge of enterprise software and GMP environments.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute territory sales plans to meet and exceed goals.
• Drive six- to seven-figure deals regularly.
• Partner with sales leadership on consultative selling strategies.
• Apply analytics to create innovative solutions with Honeywell assets.
• Develop strategic models to address client business challenges.
• Coordinate resources and manage CRM data through the sales cycle.
• Provide product demonstrations to prospective customers.
• Monitor competition and adjust strategy as needed.
