Honeywell International Inc. is seeking an Americas Midmarket Sales Manager to develop and execute strategic sales plans across the Americas region.

You will manage and drive revenue growth, report to the Director of Sales, and coordinate with stakeholders from a Northeast office or remote location. Responsibilities include defining territory plans, closing high-value deals, and partnering with leadership on consultative selling of Honeywell assets.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in business, sales, marketing, or equivalent.
• 5+ years' SaaS software sales experience with at least 2 years in sales management.
• Knowledge of enterprise software and GMP environments.
• Proven track record of sustained sales success.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.

• Define and execute territory sales plans and meet/exceed goals in new and existing accounts.
• Drive six-figure and seven-figure deals regularly.
• Partner with sales leadership on consultative selling of Honeywell assets.
• Develop pipeline and manage CRM to move multiple opportunities.
• Provide product demonstrations to prospective customers.
• Keep abreast of competition and market dynamics.
