Qualifications

• J.D., LL.M., or U.S. equivalent in law with 2 years' experience at an international law firm on M&A and equity investments.
• Must be admitted to the New York State Bar.
• Experience with energy transactions including infrastructure assets and regulatory frameworks (FERC/ISO).
• Experience coordinating multi-jurisdictional deal workstreams across 3+ jurisdictions and cross-border closing.

Responsibilities

• Advise US and non-US corporate clients and sponsors on M&A and related transactions.
• Lead transaction workstreams and coordinate with tax, antitrust, employment, IP, and regulatory teams.
• Draft, review and negotiate transaction documents; manage close processes.
• Mentor junior team members and prepare client-facing materials.
• Support business development and knowledge management initiatives.
