Qualifications

• J.D., LL.M. or US equivalent with 2+ years in international law firm M&A.
• Must be admitted to the New York State Bar.
• Experience handling cross-border and multi-jurisdictional transactions is required.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on M&A and related transactional matters, including stock and asset acquisitions, joint ventures, and takedowns.
• Manage and coordinate transaction workstreams across multiple jurisdictions and time zones.
• Draft, review, and negotiate transaction documents; coordinate consents and filings.
• Mentor and supervise junior associates and other team members.
• Support client development and regulatory diligence during deals.
