Job summary

JLL in the United States is seeking an AMER Supplier Performance Manager to lead data-driven supplier performance for Work Dynamics within the Amazon GREF account. You will own quarterly AMER Area SPM papers, manage supplier scorecards in Jaggaer, and partner with IFM/Programs teams to enable informed commercial decisions.

The role requires strong Excel/Smartsheet skills, the ability to operate in a fast-paced environment, and a collaborative approach across PM, FM operations, and vendor teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, supply chain, or related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in supplier management or procurement.
• Strong Excel and Smartsheet skills; comfortable with data analysis.
• Excellent English communication and executive presence.
• Proven ability to lead teams in decentralized environments.

Responsibilities

• Support AMER and global supplier performance programs and dashboards.
• Develop quarterly AMER Area SPM Papers with IFM/Programs teams.
• Manage supplier scorecard development and Jaggaer implementation.
• Coordinate training on scoring with AMER/IFM/Programs teams.
• Maintain dashboards and databases for data accuracy and visibility.
• Collaborate with vendors on continuous improvement and cost reduction.
