Job summary

JLL is seeking a Sourcing Manager with a regional lead focus for AMER to develop and execute comprehensive sourcing strategies across the Americas, negotiate contracts, and lead supplier relationships.

This role requires strong leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and a focus on ESG compliance. You will mentor two sourcing managers and drive process improvements while aligning with client objectives and JLL standards.

Qualifications

• Ability to lead teams in a decentralized environment.
• Excellent communication skills - oral and written.
• Bachelor's degree or 5+ related experience.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Project management and business transitions experience preferred.
• Excellent PC skills, proficient in MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive sourcing strategies tailored to client and regional objectives across AMER.
• Build and maintain strategic partnerships with key suppliers and monitor ESG requirements.
• Conduct stakeholder briefings and client presentations to showcase savings and initiatives.
• Negotiate contract terms, pricing, and SLAs.
• Serve as the main point of contact for account and client teams.
• Utilize procurement software to analyze suppliers, monitor spend and savings, and onboarding.
• Ensure adherence to sourcing, procurement, and compliance processes (ESG, health and safety).
• Directly manage and mentor two sourcing managers within the region.
