Qualifications

• 3+ years of program or project management experience.
• 3+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience.
• 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience.
• 2+ years of supply chain experience.
• Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL.
• Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end execution of assigned SPIRE performance programs (e.g., OTIF measurement, ASN/EDI compliance, promise date adherence) including goal-setting and milestones.
• Design and implement supplier performance metrics frameworks, scorecards, and reporting mechanisms.
• Analyze complex supply chain datasets to identify root causes of delivery failures and lead time variability; translate findings into action plans.
• Drive cross-functional alignment with GMM, Planning, Procurement, and technology teams to standardize processes.
• Manage direct supplier engagement — communicating expectations and reviewing performance data.
• Build and automate recurring reports and dashboards (SQL, Excel, BI tools).
• Document scalable processes, SOPs, and runbooks for growing programs.
• Identify emerging risks in the supplier base and propose mitigations.
