Job summary

Amazon Data Services, Inc. in Seattle is seeking a Program Manager to own the operating rhythm of AMER Capacity Delivery. You will coordinate monthly goal reviews, weekly cross‑org reviews, and end‑to‑end headcount planning with finance and leaders.

You will translate leadership priorities into scalable operating mechanisms, drive action to closure, and partner with executives to improve reporting quality and decision speed.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of program or project management experience.
• 4+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience.
• Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL.
• Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
• Experience working cross functionally with tech and non‑tech teams.

Responsibilities

• Owning and running the monthly goal review mechanisms for the organization.
• Leading the operating cadence of business reviews across the team and organization.
• Managing the headcount planning process end to end.
• Serving as the connective tissue between leadership, business operations, finance, and functional teams.
• Identifying opportunities to simplify, standardize, and automate recurring reporting.
• Communicating clearly to a range of stakeholders and executives through high‑quality narratives.
