Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated is seeking a regional Sourcing Manager with AMER focus who will lead strategic supplier relationships, drive cost savings, and ensure procurement compliance. The role requires strong leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and expertise in procurement tools and ESG standards.

The position supports remote work with a national footprint across the US, including major markets, and offers a comprehensive benefits package along with performance-based compensation.

Qualifications

• Leadership in a decentralized environment with strong communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree or 5+ years related experience required.
• Supervisory and project management experience preferred.
• Proficiency with MS Office and procurement tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sourcing strategies across AMER region.
• Build and monitor supplier partnerships, ESG compliance, and improvements.
• Present sourcing performance, savings, and initiatives to stakeholders.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and SLAs while mitigating risk.
• Be main contact for account teams; align stakeholders throughout sourcing.
• Utilize Jaggaer/Aravo to analyze suppliers, spend, and reporting.
• Ensure adherence to procurement processes and ESG requirements.
• Mentor two sourcing managers and drive continuous improvement.
• Identify process improvements to boost efficiency and value.
