Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated (JLL) is seeking a Manager, Strategic Sourcing to lead regional AMER sourcing initiatives from remote hubs across the United States. You will develop and execute comprehensive sourcing strategies, manage supplier relationships, and drive savings while ensuring ESG and client governance.

Responsibilities include negotiating contracts and SLAs, mentoring two sourcing managers, and partnering with account teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) or 5+ related experience.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong analytical and strategic sourcing experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive AMER sourcing strategies across the region.
• Build and maintain strategic supplier partnerships and monitor performance.
• Conduct stakeholder briefings and client presentations with savings metrics.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and SLAs.
• Lead and mentor two sourcing managers in the region.
• Utilize procurement software to analyze spend, savings, and onboarding.
