Amazon Inc. is seeking a Supply Chain Manager II to own and advance supplier performance programs within the SPIRE team.

You will be the single-threaded owner of one or more performance workstreams such as OTIF delivery measurement, supplier reporting compliance, or lead time accuracy, defining program standards and driving adoption across our global supplier network. Qualifications

• 3+ years of program or project management experience.
• 3+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience.
• 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience.
• 2+ years of supply chain experience.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL.
• Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end execution of assigned SPIRE performance programs (e.g., OTIF measurement, ASN/EDI compliance, promise date adherence), including goal-setting, stakeholder alignment, and delivery against milestones
• Design and implement supplier performance metrics frameworks, scorecards, and reporting mechanisms that enable data-driven decision-making at scale
• Analyze complex supply chain datasets to identify systemic root causes of delivery failures, lead time variability, and compliance gaps; translate findings into prioritized action plans
• Drive cross-functional alignment with GMM, Planning, Procurement, and technology teams to standardize processes and close performance gaps
• Manage direct supplier engagement — communicating expectations, reviewing performance data, and facilitating corrective action plans
• Build and automate recurring reports and dashboards (SQL, Excel, BI tools) that reduce manual effort and improve visibility for stakeholders
• Document scalable processes, SOPs, and runbooks that enable the team to maintain programs as they grow
• Identify and escalation emerging risks in the supplier base, proposing mitigation strategies with supporting data
