Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC is seeking a Supply Chain Manager II to own supplier performance programs within SPIRE. You will drive end-to-end initiatives, set standards, and translate data into leadership-ready insights across a global supplier network.

You will partner with Global Materials Management, Planning, and Procurement to standardize processes and close performance gaps. This role requires data fluency, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to operate with ambiguity.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of program or project management experience.
• 3+ years cross-functional collaboration with tech and non-tech teams.
• 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvements using data and metrics.
• 2+ years of supply chain experience.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP) and SQL knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end execution of SPIRE performance programs (e.g., OTIF, ASN/EDI compliance, or promise date adherence).
• Design and implement measurement frameworks, scorecards, and reporting mechanisms for data-driven decisions at scale.
• Analyze complex supply chain data to identify root causes of delivery failures and lead time variability.
• Drive cross-functional alignment with GMM, Planning, Procurement, and tech teams to standardize processes and close gaps.
• Manage direct supplier engagement: set expectations, review performance, and guide corrective actions.
• Build and automate recurring reports and dashboards (SQL, Excel, BI tools) to improve visibility.
• Document scalable processes, SOPs, and runbooks to support growth.
