Qualifications

• 5+ years of cross-functional collaboration with tech and non-tech teams.
• 5+ years of team management experience.
• 5+ years of cross-functional project delivery experience.
• 5+ years of program or project management experience.
• Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of program managers (vendor performance management and financial monitoring), setting clear expectations and coaching each member.
• Own vendor accountability across the portfolio with enforcement, escalations, and performance improvement plans.
• Co-own the vendor integration roadmap with ServiceDesk leadership and ensure vendor outcomes translate to store-level impact.
• Drive financial governance across vendor programs, including spend forecasting, billing accuracy, and cost optimization.
• Influence cross-functional stakeholders without direct authority and represent the team at senior leadership forums.
• Establish governance frameworks, decision rights, and escalation paths to balance autonomy with accountability.
• Deliver executive-level status reports, strategic recommendations, and business cases to leadership.
