Job summary

Ivalua is hiring a Service Advisory Lead to accelerate value for customers across the AMER region. You will partner with Sales, Solution Consulting, and Professional Services to define delivery strategies, scope complex projects, and ensure engagements are structured for success.

You will advise executives on implementation readiness, risk mitigation, and value realization, while contributing to the evolution of our services delivery model and partner engagements across a global team.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years+ experience in services advisory, services sales, or management consulting.
• Deep understanding of Source-to-Pay domains (Sourcing, Contracting, Procurement, Supplier Management, Accounts Payable).
• Proven success in scoping and positioning complex professional services programs, with strong commercial and operational acumen.
• Executive presence and communication excellence—able to translate functional capabilities into business outcomes.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with strong ownership and accountability.
• Exceptional collaboration skills across global and cross-functional teams.
• Strong organizational discipline and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Sales Advisory & Scoping: Collaborate with Account Executives to assess customer needs and design delivery strategies.
• Articulate the value and differentiation of Ivalua’s services approach—clarifying scope, resourcing, timelines, and governance.
• Lead scoping, estimation, and SOW creation in collaboration with Professional Services and Alliance teams.
• Advise executive stakeholders on implementation readiness, risk mitigation, and value realization.
• Maintain oversight of contracting progress and proactively address issues that could impact success.
• Contribute to the evolution of Ivalua’s services delivery model, pricing framework, and partner engagement playbooks.
• Refine scoping tools, templates, and contracting processes to improve accuracy, speed, and consistency.
