Job summary

Ivalua is seeking a Services Advisory Lead to guide high-impact engagements across the AMER region. You will partner with Sales, Solution Consulting, and Professional Services to define delivery strategies and ensure engagements are structured for success.

Your advisory guidance will influence revenue growth, client satisfaction, and partner enablement, with a focus on value realization and strategic scoping. You travel up to 60% of the time to meet customers and drive outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in services advisory, services sales, or management consulting.
• Deep understanding of Source-to-Pay domains (Sourcing, Contracting, Procurement, Supplier Management, Accounts Payable).
• Proven success scoping and positioning complex services programs.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Sales, Solution Consulting, and Professional Services to define delivery strategies.
• Articulate value and scope, resourcing, timelines, and governance for engagements.
• Lead scoping, estimation, and SOW creation with Allied teams.
• Advise executives on readiness, risk, and value realization.
• Oversee contracting progress and address issues impacting success.
• Contribute to evolving services delivery models and pricing frameworks.
• Refine scoping tools and contracting processes for speed and accuracy.
• Champion best practices for a seamless customer experience.
